It will definitely be streaming - and I'm speaking as a consumer here.
Ofcourse it's a matter of personal taste but from the early streaming music models like Musicmatch upto the new and shiny Spotify it's clear that's a model that works for me and I'm willing to pay for it.
Being a developer I created my own mobile streaming application which allows me to stream my home media collection to whatever net-connected (mobile)device and that was one of those "clicks" that make you never look back. If not already, Mobile devices will have internet-connection everywhere and streaming media will be a part it, just as it is with desktop/laptops now.
