Since 2001 I have wanted to make an event on MVNO's; the timing now seems ready, as MVNO go really mainstream; with other market changes like end of combined sales ( a phone + a subscription) some new traction is coming in the market, as well as other mobes like mobile internet.
Soon a forum topic will be opened for you to discuss, yo can already reply on this note for eventual suggestions.
